​Our cobot systems are simple to operate, regardless of the experience level. The intuitive HMI, setup process and start routine make it easy for staff to run quickly, without needing specialist technical skills.

 

    Pallet Pal Software Included    ​

Included with every system is our Australian-made Pallet Pal software, allowing you to create virtually any pallet pattern required. Combined with our custom gripper, the system can pick up to six boxes at a time and handle everything from simple stacks to complex pallet configurations with ease. You stay in control of the pattern, layout and operation.

 

    Compact Footprint    ​

The system occupies roughly the space of two pallets while delivering high palletising performance. By using collaborative robots that work safely alongside people, there is no need for large traditional safety fences, helping reduce the overall footprint and simplify installation.

 

    Fast, Flexible Deployment    ​

Built on a mobile base, the system can be rolled into position and ready to work in minutes. This makes it easy to move between production lines. With a setup time of five minutes, operation from a standard 240V 10A power outlet and 6 bar air supply, it's a genuine plug-and-play palletising solution.
